Meta Ads & SEO — independent consultant

ADS AND SEO,
RUN BY THE
PERSON WHO
BUILDS THEM.

I'm Servando. I run Meta Ads and SEO for B2B and e-commerce teams that want to know exactly where the money went. No account managers, no forty-slide decks — you talk to the person inside the ad account.

What I do

Three things, done properly.

Most accounts don't need more channels — they need the ones they already have run by someone who reads the data and tells you the truth about it. These are the three I'll take money for.

META ADS
MANAGEMENT

Full-funnel builds on Facebook and Instagram, a creative testing framework, and scaling rules that don't torch the budget the week something starts working — with the pixel and Conversions API wired up properly underneath.

  • Account audit & restructure
  • Creative testing system
  • Automated scale & kill rules
  • Weekly reporting in plain English

SEO AND
CONTENT

Technical fixes, keyword mapping and briefs that target the searches made by people who are actually ready to buy something.

  • Technical & on-page audit
  • Keyword and intent mapping
  • Content briefs and editing
  • Internal linking & cleanup

CHATGPT ADS
MANAGEMENT

The newest ad surface, and the one with the fewest advertisers on it. Worth testing carefully now, while attention is still cheap and nobody has decided what good looks like.

  • Account & campaign setup
  • Prompt-intent research
  • Conversational ad copy
  • Measured against Meta

How it goes

Four steps. No mystery.

  1. Audit

I go through the account, the tracking and the offer. You get a written list of what's broken and what it's costing you.

    Week 1

  2. Build

Structure, audiences, creative matrix and the tracking to measure it. Everything named so you can read the account yourself.

    Weeks 2–3

  3. Test

One variable at a time, enough budget to reach significance, and a written log of what won and what died.

    Ongoing

  4. Scale

Automated rules push budget into what works and cut what doesn't, at a pace the algorithm can actually absorb.

The problem

[Two sentences on what was wrong when you took over the account — structure, tracking, creative, offer.]

What I changed

[Two sentences on the specific changes and the rule or test that produced the number above.]

In their words

Three clients, three stories.

Two agencies sent us beautiful decks and no pipeline. Servando rebuilt the account in three weeks and told us straight which of our offers wasn't worth advertising. Cost per lead is down 41% and I can finally read the reporting myself.

He killed three of our campaigns in the first month, which stung, then showed us exactly why the fourth was worth doubling. Revenue is up 96% on the year and I no longer dread the monthly call.

We paid for a one-week audit expecting a sales pitch at the end of it. We got a document, a video walking through it, and a list our own team could action. He never pushed the retainer.

Who you're hiring

You're hiring a person,
not a logo.

I work with a small number of clients at a time, from Cancún, mostly with teams in the US. The person who reads your data, writes the ads and answers your Slack messages is the same person — me.

That means no onboarding call with a strategist you never see again, and no junior quietly learning on your budget.

More about me

FAQ

What people ask before they hire me.

The five that come up on almost every first call. If yours isn't here, ask me directly — you'll get an answer from me, not a form.

Still not sure?

Send me the account and the last three months. I'll tell you what I'd change first, whether or not you end up hiring me. Replies come from me, usually within a working day.

What do you need from me to start?

View access to the ad account and analytics, whatever creative you already have, and one hour to walk me through how you actually sell. I handle the rest of the setup, including the tracking nobody wants to touch.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

Three months to start, because nothing meaningful happens faster than that. After the first term it's month to month — if it stops being worth the money, you stop paying for it.

What happens if it doesn't work?

You'll hear it from me before you spot it yourself, in the weekly note. Sometimes the answer is that the channel is wrong for the offer, and I'll say so rather than spend another quarter of your budget proving it slowly.

Who owns the account and the creative?

You do, always. I work inside your Business Manager as a partner. If we stop, you keep the account, the pixel, the audiences and every file — no handover fee.

Can you work with my in-house team?

Often the best setup. I run the account and the testing; your team keeps the brand and the production. I'll write the briefs so nobody is guessing what I need.

Tell me what's
not working.

Thirty minutes, no deck. Send me the account and I'll tell you what I'd change first — whether or not you hire me.
